With a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws, Subhaga works in conjunction with both the Principal of the firm and senior solicitors in the provision of advice in matters of Company Structure and Shareholding. She advises in matters of Immigration, including Visa Applications with an emphasis on Business Migration and Companies.
She provides advice in the areas of Family Law, Probate, Adoption, including Estates contested in jurisdictions outside of Australia.
Subhaga gives valued support for our litigation team, including large, complex matters, including on behalf of a client against Shell as to issues of contamination of commercial property working directly with both the firm Principal and Junior and Senior Counsel. She also advises in disputes including equestrian.
She is meticulous and supportive of her client base, and displays the firm ethic of conscientiously seeking positive results.
Subhaga has been a legal volunteer for the National Children's & Youth Law Centre, and is fluent in Sinhalese.
