    Samuel Stern B Media, LLB

    Solicitor - Commercial Litigation

    With a combined degree in Media and Law, and elective studies in Israeli Law Samuel provides both support to senior litigators in the firm as well as carrying the conduct of his own designated client base.

    As a part of our litigation team, Samuel brings to the firm a solid grounding in Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, Insolvency, Employment, Criminal and Family Law. He has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW.

    He is a primary support in large and complex international commercial litigation for the firm, carrying out research, discovery, drafting of pleadings and the provision of advice as well as liaising with counsel and clients.

    Samuel is a volunteer solicitor at the Kingsford Legal Centre providing pro bono advice to victims of domestic violence, and support in matters of debt recovery.

    He is a keen member of his touch football club and a regular participant in the Sydney City to Surf and Blackmore’s Running Festival.
