Tamara A. Oyarce Lopez LLB
Tamara has come to be at Koffels through our active membership of Lawyers Associated Worldwide, (LAW).
Born in Chile, Tamara qualified at the University of Santiago with a BSc in Judicial & Social Sciences and a Law Degree from the Supreme Court of Chile. She was a member of the legal team at Fontaine & Co. Attorneys in Santiago, our Chilean LAW member, and worked in their commercial and corporate law practice. She had conduct of direct negotiations on behalf of clients, due diligence reports and providing practical advice with recommended solutions. She is also experienced in matters of real estate, and building & construction law.
Tamara also has experience in litigation in charge of civil law trials, industrial and employment law disputes and court actions. She holds a Diploma in Criminal Process Reform from the University of Chile, and was a member of the University of Chile Commission in charge of the development of the preliminary project for a new Civil Procedure Code. She tutored at the university in Civil and Criminal Law Procedure.
Tamara speaks her native Spanish as well as English, and basic French; and having spent her younger years in Yokohama, is fluent in Japanese.
We are pleased indeed that Tamara has chosen to settle here in Sydney and become a vibrant and talented addition to our legal team.
