As the lead solicitor in our conveyancing and real property practice, Wisam embraces a broad experience in all areas of property sale & purchase and in the drafting of leases and mortgage agreements. He is experienced in the drafting of contracts for sale of both land and businesses, acting for both vendors and purchasers, including sales off the plan. He acts for both mortgagees and mortgagors.
He is adept in dealing with civil claims matters, and appears in the Local Courts. He drafts pleadings and evidence in civil litigation matters.
He also drafts Wills and Powers of Attorney which often compliments his areas of expertise in matters concerning property.
Wisam obtained his law degree in the UK, and then was admitted in Israel and later NSW. He speaks fluent Arabic, and Hebrew. He acted as a volunteer legal advisor as well as being a crisis volunteer worker in Wellington, New Zealand, and has played representative basketball as a professional player.
